What's
New
There's
more than one way to put that built-in
camera to use - like sending photos as MMS
messages or making new wallpapers for your
phone. You can also add photographs to your
phone book so you can put a face to the name
of the person who's calling.
Tune out of the hustle and bustle and tune
in to the FM radio, either with the headset
or the loudspeaker - both of which can also
be used for handsfree calling.
Put more into your Java-enabled Nokia
6610i phone and you'll get more out of it -
such as Time Out Mobile City Guides,
converters, and other applications. You can
also order add-on applications for business
and pleasure from Nokia Software Market.

Memory Functions
Total user memory area in the Nokia 6610i is
approximately 4 MB. The following features
in this phone may share memory: phone book,
text and multimedia messages, images and
ringing tones in gallery, calendar, to-do
notes, and Java games and applications.
Using any such features may reduce the
memory available for any features sharing
memory. This is especially true with heavy
use of any of the features (although some of
the features may have a certain amount of
memory specially allotted to them in
addition to the amount of memory shared with
other features). For example, saving many
images, bookmarks, java apps, etc. may take
all of the shared memory and your phone may
display a message that the memory is full.
In this case, delete some of the information
or entries stored in the shared memory
features before continuing.
The following functions use shared memory
that is dependent on the data quantity per
item and shared memory available at a time
in the Nokia 6610i phone:
- Phone book: Up to 500 contacts with
all entries filled in addition to SIM

* This product uses shared or static memory for
different functions. Shared memory means that the
available memory is shared between shared memory
functions. When any of these functions is used,
there is less available memory for other functions
which are also dependent on shared memory. Static
memory means that a certain amount of memory is
allocated to each static memory function.
